3. Working principle
TQLZ series cleaner uses vibration motor to generate force.The high frequency
and low amplitude excitation force drives the sieve body to do
reciprocating movement.This makes the particles with different sizes separated by going through different
shapes and sizes of sieve meshes.For the screen surface,there are two types: punching plate and weaving screen.For punching plate,there are
mainly three kinds of holes:round hole, long hole, triangular hole,
etc.Users can choose the hole type according to their requirement.
The process flow is shown in the figure below: Material flows into
the feed box 5 from inlet 1 through the cloth sleeve 2,then go by the
distributor gate 3 and distributor board 4, evenly distributed along the screen width. The material thickness can be controlled by adjusting the even-distributor plate 6. After entering the first layer of sieve, the
material on the sieve discharges from big impurity outlet 12, the material under the sieve falls to the second layer of sieve,and continue to be cleaned.Clean rice,wheat or other material on the second
layer flows from outlet 11 into air suction aspirator 13 to remove light impurity.Materials under the
second layer drops directly onto the bottom board 9 and discharges from the outlet 10 of small impurity.
